What do tokens pay for?
One token creates one try-on image. A full style report costs 2 tokens; refreshing it after your wardrobe changed costs 1. The wardrobe, cataloging and daily suggestions are free. If something fails, the tokens come back automatically; if they did not, write to us.
How do I take a good photo of a garment?
Lay it flat on a plain surface or hang it in front of a plain wall, in even light, without harsh shadows. One item per photo.
Why can’t a child’s profile use try-on?
Body photos and try-on images are only available to adults, by design. Child and baby profiles get a wardrobe, outfit suggestions and a style report (without body analysis).
Are try-on images real photos?
No. They are generated by AI from your body photo and your clothes, and they are labeled as AI-generated. Colors, fit and details can differ from reality.
How do I delete a body photo or withdraw my consent?
Open Try-on, tap “Change body photo” and delete it there. The photo, its measurements and the try-on images and style reports made from it are deleted (face templates are never stored), and try-on stops for that profile.
How do I report an image?
On the try-on screen, every generated image has a “Report this image” button. The image is hidden immediately and we review the report. For an image you see elsewhere (a saved look or a style report), email us and describe it.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests go through the App Store or Google Play. Tell us too if the purchase did not credit your tokens.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In your App Store or Google Play account settings, under Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profiles → Delete account. Or see delete your account.
