Delete your account

You can delete your whole account, or only part of your data: a body photo (which also deletes its measurements and the try-on images and style reports made from it) or a whole profile, from within the app. Removing a single item takes it out of your wardrobe; its photo and catalog details stay with the account until you delete the profile or the account.

In the app

1. Open OutfitNest and go to Profiles.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and final. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email support@outfitnest.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. If the email does not come from your sign-in address, we will send a confirmation code to that address first. We confirm and delete within 7 days.

What is deleted

All profiles, wardrobe photos, body photos and measurements (face templates are never stored), try-on images, suggestions, style reports, token balance and history, and your sign-in record. Encrypted database backups roll over within 14 days. AI usage records are detached from your account and kept only as anonymous cost statistics.

What is kept

Purchase records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep (in Israel, seven years), without your photos or wardrobe. Support emails are kept for up to two years. If an account was closed for abuse, we may keep the minimum needed to prevent the abuse from recurring, as the law allows.

Before you delete

Unused tokens are lost and are not refunded, except where the law or the app store requires it. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
